2 oz of Peach Nectar
1 oz of peach schnapps
1/2 cup of crushed ice (or ice)
3 oz of chilled, dry champagne (or Champagne)
1 tsp of fresh lemon juice (or Lemon Juice)
Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled glass. Add half a cup (or more) of crushed ice, stir, and add the champagne. (Serves 2).\r
May be prepared in a blender to produce a frozen drink.
