3/4 cup of Pineapple Juice
3 oz of fren vanilla or banana yoghurt (or yoghurt)
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (or blueberry)
1 of ripe peeled banana (or Pine-Orange-Banana Juice)
Place banana in blender and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Blend 30 seconds. Pour into medium-sized shake glass and serve. Makes 2 servings.
