2 oz of Light Rum
1 tsp of orgeat syrup (or almond syrup)
1 tsp of grenadine syrup
2 of Lemon Juice
2 of Lime Juice
Champagne
1 oz of aguardiente brandy (or Pear Brandy)
Shake ingredients (except champagne) with cracked ice and pour into a collins glass. Fill with champagne.
