1 1/2 oz of cream
1 oz of Light Rum
1 oz of creme de bananes (or banana liqueur)
1 slice of banana
nutmeg
1 dash of grenadine syrup
Shake rum, creme de banana, cream, and grenadine with crushed ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with the banana slice, sprinkle nutmeg on top, and serve.
