3/2 oz of Bacardi rum (or Light Rum)
spearmint leaves (or mint)
lime
7 oz of club soda (or clear soda)
2 tbsp of simple syrup
Gently crush mint leaves and lightly squeeze half a lime in a cool tall glass. Pour sweet syrup to cover and fill glass with ice. Add rum, club soda, and stir your emerging mojito well. Garnish with a lime wedge and a few sprigs of mint.
