16 oz of milk
16 oz of ice
2 oz of chocolate syrup
3 oz of kahlua especial coffee liqueur (or coffee liqueur)
3 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (or Irish Cream)
4 oz of 100 proof vodka (or Vodka)
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate syrup) in a blender. Blend for 15 seconds. Add chocolate syrup and blend for an additional 20 seconds until smooth, or desired texture is reached. Pour into hurricane glasses, garnish as desired and serve.
