1 oz of Brandy
1 oz of brown creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1 cup of crushed ice (or ice)
1 1/2 scoop of vanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
Combine the brandy, creme de cacao, ice cream and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with half an apple ring, and serve.
