1 1/2 oz of Gin
3/4 oz of St Germain (or Elderflower Cordial)
3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Creme de Violette
1/2 oz of Maraschino liqueur (or cherry liqueur)
1 dash of bitters
3 sprig of thyme
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake and double strain into a coupe
