Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz soda water; 2/3 oz blue curacao liqueur; 1/3 oz Cherry brandy; 2/3 oz Lemon Juice; 2/3 oz strawberry syrup; 1/2 oz grenadine syrup; 2 tsp Pineapple Juice; 1 2/3 oz Gin

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz of soda water
2/3 oz of blue curacao liqueur
1/3 oz of Cherry brandy
2/3 oz of Lemon Juice
2/3 oz of strawberry syrup
1/2 oz of grenadine syrup
2 tsp of Pineapple Juice
1 2/3 oz of Gin

Instructions

Pour the gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, grenadine and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and fill with soda water. Pour the blue curacao into the middle. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve.
