Thyme Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Pear eau de vie
- 1/2 oz of cinnamon syrup
- 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice
- 3 sprig of thyme
Instructions
Muddle thyme leaves in a shaker tin with lemon juice and syrup. Add eau de vie, shake with ice. Double strain in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pear slice and thyme sprig.More cocktails with pear brandy
