1 1/2 oz of genever (or jenever)
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1 oz of Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz of Orgeat (or almond syrup)
1/2 oz of bitters
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add genever, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orgeat, and Angostura. Shake well until very cold. Strain into 6-ounce glass and serve immediately.
