Ingredients
- 2 1/4 oz of fino sherry
- 1/2 oz of Cynar
- 1/4 oz of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
- 2 dash of orange bitters
- 1 oz of lemon peel
Instructions
Add all the ingredients except the lemon peel to a chilled mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass no larger than 4.5 ounces. Twist the lemon peel over the drink and then discard it.More cocktails with fino sherry
