Ingredients: 2 1/4 oz of fino sherry; 1/2 oz of Cynar; 1/4 oz of Maraschino liqueur; 2 dash of orange bitters; 1 oz of lemon peel

2 1/4 oz of fino sherry

1/2 oz of Cynar

1/4 oz of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)

2 dash of orange bitters

1 oz of lemon peel

Instructions

Add all the ingredients except the lemon peel to a chilled mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass no larger than 4.5 ounces. Twist the lemon peel over the drink and then discard it.
