1 tsp of 151 proof rum (or overproof rum)
1/2 tsp of powdered sugar (or sugar)
1 tsp of water
1 twist of lime
1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
1 dash of bitters
Stir powdered sugar, water, and bitters in an old-fashioned glass. When sugar has dissolved, add ice cubes and light rum. Add the twist of lime peel, float 151 proof rum on top, and serve.
