Rising Sun - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of Mezcal (alt: tequila)
  • 3/4 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    • Instructions

    Combine mezcal, juices, and maraschino in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
