1 1/2 oz of Mezcal (or Tequila)
3/4 oz of green chartreuse (or chartreuse)
1 oz of Ginger beer
1/2 oz of agave nectar
2 dash of mole bitters
1 dash of Angostura bitters
4 oz of boiling water (or water)
cinnamon stick
Lime Peel
mint sprig
In a mug, combine the agave nectar and hot water. Add mezcal, Green Chartreuse, and both bitters. Stir to combine and top with room-temperature ginger beer. Press the lime peel and mint between your hands to crush. Drop into the toddy and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
