1 1/4 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
1 1/3 oz of Coconut Cream
3 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 tsp of whipping cream
1 1/4 oz of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur (or raspberry liqueur)
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a pina colada glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry, add straws, and serve.
