2.25 oz of yellow chartreuse (or chartreuse)
2 oz of grenadine syrup
crushed ice (or ice)
6 oz of Bombay Sapphire gin (or Gin)
Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker, and give it a solid mixing. Pour directly into glasses and serve.\r
Serves 2 to 4, depending on client�le.\r
n.b.: Depending on the quality and consistency of the grenadine syrup, more or less may be required in order to produce the desired 'deep red' colouration.
