PRESCRIPTION SAZERAC - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of Cognac
- 1 oz of rye whiskey
- 1 tsp of simple syrup
- 3 dash of Peychaud Bitters
- lemon twist
- absinthe
Instructions
Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with absinthe. Add crushed ice and set it aside. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice. Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass.
