1 1/2 oz of Dark rum
1/2 oz of Cynar
1/2 oz of Aperol
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1 dash of bitters
2 oz of Ginger beer
Stir all ingredients except Barritt's with ice in a shaker. Strain into a Collins glass full of crushed ice. Swizzle for 15 seconds, top with Barritt's and stir in gently.
