5 tbsp of granulated sugar (or sugar)
1/4 cup of cream of coconuts (or pinchshredded coconuts)
1 cup of chopped pineapple (or Pineapple Wine)
3/4 cup of scold water (or water)
1/2 of a ripe papaya (or Papaya)
1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice (or Lemon Juice)
In container of electric blender, combine lemon juice, water, sugar, pineapple, papaya and cream of coconut. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.\r
Serve garnished with pineapple wedges, if desired.
