Mixed Drink Recipe from Cocktail Builder

1 oz of cointreau orange liqueur (or orange liqueur)
2 oz of Orange Vodka
1 oz of Orange Juice
1 twist of oranges
1/2 tsp of powdered sugar (or sugar)
