1 oz of Palo Cortado sherry (or dark sherry)
1 oz of Bianco Vermouth (or dry vermouth)
3/4 oz of Reposado Tequila (or Tequila)
1 tsp of Orgeat (or almond syrup)
2 dash of grapefruit bitters
1 twist of grapefruit peel
Briefly stir, strain, up, express grapefruit oil.
