1 1/2 oz of Amaro Montenegro
1/2 oz of amontillado sherry (or dark sherry)
1/2 oz of Ramazzotti (or Amaro)
1 oz of Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz of Honey Syrup
4 wedge of lemon
2 wedge of orange
Muddle fruit and honey syrup, add remaining ingredients. Shake, fine strain, crushed ice goblet, wine or Collins glass. Garnish with mint and more fruit.
