1 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
1/2 oz of Brandy
1 oz of Orange Juice
1 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of almond syrup
1/2 oz of Dark rum
1/3 oz of grenadine syrup
1. Shake white rum, brandy, juices and almond syrup together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice and mix.\r
2. Combine dark rum and grenadine with sufficient crushed ice to produce a sorbet/sherbet, and gently add to the top of the cocktail.\r
3. Garnish with in-season fruit, and serve with straws.
