1 1/3 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (or Irish Cream)
4 oz of milk
1 dash of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of sugar syrup (or simple syrup)
1 of egg
Combine the Bailey's irish cream, milk, egg yolk, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
