3/4 oz of galliano herbal liqueur (or Herbal Liqueur)
1 oz of melon liqueur
3/4 oz of Cognac
3 tbsp of vanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
Blend the galliano, cognac, and ice cream briefly in a highball glass half-filled with crushed ice. Sprinkle the melon liqueur on top, and serve with straws.
