1 oz of campari
1/2 oz of Gin
1/2 oz of vermouth
Sparkling Rose (or Champagne)

Combine Campari, gin, and vermouth in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling rose and garnish with an orange twist.
Serve in coupe glass.
Garnish with dust with cinnamon powder.
