3 tbsp of single cream (or Strawberry Ice Cream)
3 tbsp of creme de bananes (or banana liqueur)
1 dash of grenadine syrup
1/2 tbsp of st. vincent sunset 169 proof rum (or orange-flavored rum)
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
