1 1/2 oz of blackstrap rum (or Light Rum)
1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz of campari
1/2 oz of Lime Juice
1/2 oz of simple syrup
pineapple
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
