2 oz of Apple Brandy
1 twist of lemon
1 tsp of honey
5-8 oz of water
1 of cinnamon
3 dash of Angostura bitters
Dissolve a teaspoon of honey in boiling water in an Irish Coffee mug. Add brandy and bitters and fill the mug with boiling water. Garnish with a twist of lemon and a cinammon stick for stirring.
