1 oz of rum
1 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
6 oz of Perrier sparkling natural mineral water (or sparkling water)
Grenadine
fresh raspberries (or raspberry)
In a cocktail shaker partially filled with ice, add rum and pineapple juice. Shake well. Pour mixture including ice, into an old fashioned glass. Add Perrier and a splash of grenadine. Garnish with a few raspberries.
