Hummingbird Cocktail
Mixed Drink Recipe from Cocktail Builder
3/4 oz of Gin
3/4 oz of campari
1/2 oz of St Germain (or Elderflower Cordial)
1/4 oz of sweet vermouth
1 wedge of orange
Combine in Collins, fill with crushed ice, swizzle, garnish with orange wheel.
- Exactly like the Hummingbirds in Jamaica. Hint: for the Strawberry syrup you can use one found with the pancake syrups.
