Honnessey - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 of lemon
  • 1 oz of Hennessy Cognac (alt: cognac)
  • 1 tbsp of sweet clover honey (alt: honey vodka)

    • Instructions

    To make 1 shot, mix Hennessey and approximate 1 tbsp. of Sweet Clover Honey (gourmet honey is preferred) in following ratio, though this can vary slightly depending on taste. Squeeze the juice from 1/4 of a fresh lemon and mix drink to even. Serve at room temperature as a deliciously mellow and refined drink.
