1 oz of mango rum
1 oz of coconut rum
1 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (or almond liqueur)
8 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 oz of strawberry puree
Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Pour in a a sugar rimmed hurricane glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and sugar dipped strawberry.\r
A nice alternative is to blend it in a blender with the ice before adding garnishes... great summertime refresher!
