Gin Sangaree - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of Gin
- 1 tbsp of port
- 1 tsp of water
- carbonated water (alt: sparkling water)
- nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar (alt: sugar)
Instructions
