1 1/4 oz of spiced rum
3 oz of pink grapefruit juice (or grapefruit juice)
2 oz of Coconut Cream
1/2 oz of grenadine syrup
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.
