1 pint of heavy cream
2 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
20 of carbonated water (or sparkling water)
15 of ice
1/3 cup of confectioner's sugar (or Vanilla Sugar)
16 oz of can orange juice (or Kiwi-Strawberry Juice)
In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate, cream, carbonated water, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
