60 ml of Gin
30 ml of cointreau orange liqueur (or orange liqueur)
ice
100 of mlsparkling lemon (or Lemonade Mix)
100 of mlsparkling bitter lemon soda (or Grape Soda)
100 of mlsparkling water (or Schweppes Indian Tonic Water)
Pour all of the ingredients into a large food processor or smoothie maker and whizz until the ice has been crushed. If your processor is small consider slushing the cocktail in batches as it may fizz over somewhat. Serve in a high-ball glass with a wedge of fresh lime - brush the lime-wedge over the rim of the glass.
