Ingredients
- 1 oz of Light Rum
- 1 oz of creme de cacao (alt: chocolate liqueur)
- 5 oz of chocolate ice cream
- 1 tbsp of chocolate
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate shavings) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with chocolate shavings, and serve.More cocktails with light rum
