Chilly Irishman - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz of coffee liqueur
  • 1 dash of simple syrup
  • 1 oz of Irish whiskey (alt: whiskey)
  • 1 scoop of ice cream
  • 1/2 oz of Irish cream
  • 3 oz of cold espresso (alt: espresso)

    • Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into parfait glasses, garnish with clover leafs, and serve.
