1/2 oz of coffee liqueur
1 dash of simple syrup
1 oz of Irish whiskey (or whiskey)
1 scoop of ice cream
1/2 oz of Irish cream
3 oz of cold espresso (or espresso)
Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into parfait glasses, garnish with clover leafs, and serve.
