Mixed Drink Recipe from Cocktail Builder

1 1/2 oz of passion-fruit puree (or Peach Puree)
1/2 oz of alize liqueur
simple syrup
Champagne

Pour passion fruit puree into a champagne saucer and stir in the simple syrup (to taste). Slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the alize on top, and serve.
