1 1/2 oz of Mandarin Juice
1 1/2 oz of pisco brandy (or Brandy)
1 tsp of Pineapple Syrup
1/4 oz of Lime Juice
1 tsp of caster sugar (or sugar)
Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.
