1 1/2 oz of London Dry Gin (or Gin)
3/4 oz of Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth (or dry vermouth)
3/4 oz of Cynar
lemon peel
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add gin, vermouth, and Cynar. Shake until chilled and strain into an old fashioned glass with two large ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon peel.
