1 oz of Bourbon
1 tsp of sugar
2 dash of Angostura bitters
Hard Cider
maraschino cherries (or cherry)
In a rocks glass, muddle together the sugar and bitters until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the bourbon and add ice. Top with hard cider (dry hard cider works best), stirring to combine. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or two.
