1 oz of Creme de menthe (or Mint liqueur)
1 oz of scotch whisky
1/2-2 oz of dark tea (or Long Island Iced Tea Mix)
Pour the Scotch whisky and creme de menthe, into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Add dark tea, to taste. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a mint sprig, and serve.
