2 tsp of sugar
7 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (or Irish Cream)
1 cup of coconut milk
1 of banana
1 of pinchshredded coconuts
2 of dropsyellow food coloring (or Green Food Coloring)
2 scoop of vanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
6 of ice cubes (or ice)
Add all liquids in blender with banana and ice cream; blending until smooth. Add ice and sugar, and pulse until a smoothie consistency is reached. Garnish with coconut. Makes 2-3 500ml servings. For a fancier garnish, use the head of a tropical flower.
