2 oz of Gin
1 tsp of orgeat syrup (or almond syrup)
1 of Lemon Juice
1/2 of egg
1/2 oz of white curacao liqueur
Pour the gin, white curacao, egg white, lemon juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
