1 1/4 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
1 1/3 oz of Coconut Cream
1 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (or almond liqueur)
3 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 tsp of whipping cream
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice or cherry, add straws, and serve in a pina colada glass.
