1 1/2 oz of Herbsaint (or absinthe)
1/2 oz of simple syrup
club soda (or clear soda)
mint leaves
In a cocktail shaker with ice, muddle 6-8 mint leaves and simple syrup. Add the absinthe and shake to chill. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, top with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
