2 oz of Triple Sec
f pepsi cola (or coke)
1/2 oz of sweet and sour mix
2 oz of parrot bay coconut rum (or Coconut Rum)
Served in the collins glass (14oz), fill glass 3/4 with ice, then add the triple sec, then add the coconut rum, then the sweet and sour. Float the Pepsi right on top. Serve with a straw and garnish with an thin slice of orange peel. Let the drinker enjoy the color separation and mix with the straw.
